Introduction to Cloisonné Enameling

Classes- non members and those with no metal crafting experience are welcome to sign up for classes. To register, please contact the instructor at least a week before class begins- space is limited and those who pay ahead of time will secure their place.
Introduction to Cloisonné Enameling – Sunday July 2 from 11 am to 3 pm. Enamel is colored glass fused to a metal foundation in a kiln or melted with a torch. Adding wires to create design and isolate enamel colors is called cloisonné enameling. Students will create a small copper pendant or earring set using the studio kiln. All materials provided.
